
ABOUT
I am Certified Health Coach. Through my own experience with an anxious child, I sought out alternative and natural ways to help my daughter help herself.
I specialise in teaching stress management in children and focus on coping skills and tools for anxious children.
With very few tools out there to proactively support children, I began my journey of developing a child-friendly and fun course to help children cope better with their everyday stresses and worries.
These techniques have been invaluable to my daughter and she is a happier and more confident child ready to tackle the world.
By giving your child the necessary tools to successfully harness and channel their anxiety, in a positive way, you are building a resilient and robust young adult prepared to handle anything that this crazy world might throw at them.

stress Management and coping skills course

Interwoven throughout the course are elements of mindfulness backed up by a solid foundation for building a Growth Mindset and creating a confident and resilient young adult.
Lesson 5: GOAL SETTING AND PROBLEM SOLVING - what motivates you, getting organised and problem solving
Most of children's anxiety comes from not knowing what is going to happen next and the unpredictability of life. In this lesson we look at areas of their life which can be controlled by getting the kids organised. A big part of this lesson is also teaching children how to problem solve so in the event of a situation arising they have the steps in place to diffuse the situation or issue

LESSON 2: Essential Oil roller, bubbles

This course can help kids manage their stress, anxiety and worry with ease. You will find you'll get to know yourself better and be a nicer person to be around. The fun journey began on a Monday during Lockdown and sadly had to come to an end. One hour can really make someone happier in hard times. Have fun learning about all the levels of stress and anxiety and then working on how to solve it with different techniques which are fun and helpful. This course has really given me alot to think about

Emma’s therapy is vey good it helped me almost get over my anxiety but I need to do the rest she helped me as much as she could you will feel Abel to open up and say anything that troubles or hurts you she is kind and her voice will make you feel calm she has many wonderful tools to help with any problems and even after the sessions are done she said you could call her at anytime if you had a problem or just needed someone to talk to I haven’t used it yet but I’m happy knowing that I can she helps you go deep into yourself and helps you find out what your really anxious about not what you think your anxious about thank you so much for helping me through this journey and I know if I ever need someone your just a phone call away.
